- Kawasan penghantaran: Singapura sahaja.
- Kurier: Ninja Van. Nombor tracking dihantar melalui WhatsApp / e-mel bila barang dipos.
- Caj pos: PERCUMA untuk bayaran online. Order COD mungkin dikenakan caj COD seperti yang ditunjuk masa checkout.
- Masa proses: order dipos dalam masa 1 hari bekerja dari gudang kami di Malaysia.
- Masa sampai: biasanya 3–7 hari bekerja selepas dipos.
- Pembungkusan: kotak biasa tanpa nama produk di luar, untuk privasi anda.
- Cukai & duti: harga yang dipaparkan sudah termasuk semua caj. Anda tak perlu bayar apa-apa lagi kepada kurier, kecuali jumlah COD.
- Barang tak sampai: kalau tracking tak bergerak lebih 10 hari bekerja, hubungi kami. Kami siasat dengan Ninja Van dan hantar ganti atau pulangkan bayaran.

- Taxes & duties: displayed prices include all charges. You pay nothing further to the courier, except the COD amount.
- Lost parcels: if tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us. We will investigate with Ninja Van and send a replacement or refund you.
